in the benghazi terror attacks that left four people dead last september 11, including the u.s. ambassador there. there may be new efforts tonight to track them down. national security correspondent jennifer griffin has breaking details from the pentagon. good evening, jennifer. >> reporter: good evening, bret. fox news confirmed nearly one year after the benghazi attacks on the u.s. consulate and cia annex which left ambassador chris stevens and three other americans dead, the justice department has filed its first charges against those responsible for the attacks. the charges remain under seal in new york. in may, the fbi released images of three suspects wanted for questioning. it is not clear whether they are the ones charged, but reporters spoke to one of the suspects days after the attack and more recently. justice department officials would not comment about the charges, but issued the following statement. quote. the department's investigation is on-going, it has been and remains a top priority. we have no further comment at this time. the administration is under increas
